The show itself took on an ominous tone with a chair visibly propped up on the edge of the stage upon it rested a spiral notebook containing the lyrics to all the Sabbath songs of the evening, from which Ozzy read throughout the show. Still, Speak of the Devil is strengthened by the classic combo of Rudy Sarzo and Tommy Aldridge on bass and drums, undoubtedly one the best rhythm sections of Ozzy's solo career. And immediately, it becomes obvious that Brad Gillis was the right man for the gig. Songs in album Ozzy Osbourne - Speak Of The Devil 1982. Ozzy Osbourne - Symptom Of The Universe Unavailable. OSBOURNE,OZZY Artist Format: Audio CD. This is the album that exposed me to Ozzy Osbourne at age 12. I remember a friend had this record and I was taken aback by the cover but interested enough that I later became an Ozzy fan and still am to this day. Interestingly I've never had a copy of this particular album but have always meant to get it at some point. CD arrived early and in perfect condition from seller. The CD sounds fantastic and my only regret was that I didn't get it sooner. Ozzys first live album, recorded in 1982. Released as Talk Of The Devil in the U. Consists entirely of songs Ozzy performed during his time as frontman for Black Sabbath, including Paranoid, Iron Man and War Pigs. Certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America RIAA and Silver by the British Phonographic Industry BPI. Ozzy released this album to fulfill a contractual obligation. With replacement guitarist Brad Gillis, he refused to release an album of music he had written with recently deceased guitarist Randy Rhoads. Consequently, Ozzy has always dismissed this album as one that he does not like and encouraged his fans to buy any other album in his catalog. HOWEVER, if you are a fan of great guitar playing, a great early 80's band, Ozzy or Black Sabbath music, this is a MUST OWN. While I still prefer the OzzyRandy Rhoads Tribute album to this one, Speak of the Devil fills in an important part of Ozzy's history. It's also refreshing to hear Brad Gillis play these tunes live
