Info

Bob Dylan's Broadcasts: Theme Time Radio Hour, Vol. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. Radio Hour. Theme Time Radio Hour TTRH is a weekly, one-hour satellite radio show hosted by Bob Dylan originally airing from May 2006 to April 2009. Each episode is an eclectic, freeform mix of blues, folk, rockabilly, R&B, soul, bebop, rock-and-roll, country and pop music, centered on a theme such as Weather, Money, and Flowers with songs from artists as diverse as Patti Page and LL Cool J. Much of the material for the show's 100 episodes was culled from producer Eddie Gorodetsky's music collection. Bob Dylan Presents: Radio Radio, Theme Time Radio Hour, Vol. Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour or TTRH for short, the radio show, is everything you would expect of that eclectic, eccentric and electric troubadour. The themed approach prevents it from being a po-faced academic and ploddingly chronological exercise, rooting it instead in the realities of lived human experience, whether noble or mean, gleeful or grim. Theme Time Radio Hour is the mix-tapes collection weve all dreamed of making. Its both a taxonomy and a topography of 20th century popular musics. Not all of them, its true. Dylan and his collaborators, I guess approach 20th century pop the way 18th century naturalists figured out how tomatoes are related to tobacco and where swallows go to in the winter. Making sense of things nearly always involves categorising them somehow. As these things do, it started with lifes basics, things like Weather, Mother, Father. Despite the porkie in the title Your Host Bob Dylan actually makes no audible appearance on this 2CD compilation of tracks played on his radio show this is still a superb anthology of folk, blues, rocknroll and country, ranging from the 1930s blues of Leroy Carr & Scrapper Blackwell to The White Stripes Seven Nation Army. Update newsletter preferences. Theme Time Radio Hour With Your Host Bob Dylan 2xCD, Comp Box. CDCH2 1202. The thematic radio broadcasts that Bob Dylan for an American radio station be praised by friend and foe. Dylan gives evidence of a broad taste country, soul, jazz, folk, rock & roll and lards his choice with amusing and informative anecdotes. Reissuelabel Ace suggested a compilation together with notable numbers from his shows. Excerpts of Bob Dylan and Tom Waits from Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour on Sirius XM. I own no rights to this Time Radio Hour appreciation. Bob Dylan discussing everything from Neil Young to artists borne of the Atomic age. This is my wifes take on Dylan last album : She says Bob has done a Cohen after seeing that Leonard could still make that kind of music well into his 80s and still sell and fill theatres, he decided to follow suit

The thematic radio broadcasts that Bob Dylan for an American radio station be praised by friend and foe. Dylan gives evidence of a broad taste (country, soul, jazz, folk, rock & roll) and lards his choice with amusing and informative anecdotes. Reissuelabel Ace suggested a compilation together with notable numbers from his shows. Disconnected from the thematic ranking and (especially) Dylan's comment comes the song select what random about it. But apart from that, this double-cd just fine music from the old and new box.
